Public Hearing 4-5-2021
Text amendments to Chapter 38, Article II, Division 2, Section 36.68(3)(a) and Chapter 32, Article III, Section 32.173(b) of the Village of Random Lake’s Zoning Ordinance. The text amendments will reduce the minimum lot width requirement to 80’ as well as providing a waiver granted by the Plan Commission to the required length of a cul-de-sac with one opening and increasing the right-of-way radius to 120’.
Information on these applications is available for review at Random Lake Village Hall, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. In addition to testimony given at the hearing, written testimony will be considered if sent prior to the hearing to the Random Lake Village Hall, email: clerktreasurer@randomlakewi.com.
