The Village of Random Lake will begin its first leaf pick-up on Monday October 21st. Please put piles nicely by the curb with no branches or twigs mixed in. If there are branches or twigs mixed in, the village crew will move on to the next property (and will not return). Residents should deliver their branches and twigs to the village brush pile on Wolf Road.
Please try not to put the leaves out to the curb earlier than required-especially if it is raining.
Leaf collection is scheduled for the weeks of October 21, October 28, and November 4. It will be the west side of the lake, Hwy. 144 and Stark Road on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings. Collection will move to the east side of the lake on Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays. There will be no pick-ups on Fridays unless the week does not go as planned.
Please remember, as this is the second year the village is providing a leaf pick-up service, the schedule may need to change. Updates will be listed on the website or via email as the process moves forward. If the village office doesn’t have your email address, please call it in to be included in updates from the village. If you have any questions, the village office can be reached at (920) 994-4852 or the DPW cell phone at (920) 980-0598.
